SBC-ATT Customer Service Rating: F-

I called SBC-ATT this evening regarding some billing questions. I was put on hold for over an hour. I finally gave up waiting.

Don't believe what ATT-SBC says about customer support 24/7. They don't have people to answer the phones from Friday through Sunday. In crude slang speaks: It sucks.

Yeah you're right. I have been unable to pay my bill online which was never a problem and by telephone, it rejected my expiration date which was coorectly entered then set me up for what it described as a ten minute wait. I thought that was enough. I think ATT is bringing its East Coast bad vibes. Rest assured that somewhere there is an overpaid executive with bad breath who is responsible.
