From the site menu bar labeled "iOS Ringtones", any MP3 can be downloaded and listened from the drop-down menu Table 3 and above.
If you like this posted ringtone, upload or export the downloaded MP3 to the Apple iCloud Drive. Then use the GarageBand app 2.3.x on the iPhone to directly convert this MP3 from the iCloud Drive to a ringtone onto your device.
There are also mobile apps for the iPhone which can export files to the iCloud Drive for sharing, including the GarageBand app.
The GarageBand app can also remove any ringtone it created on the iPhone.
